But I've never done Yoga before

Brindabella Yoga specialises in beginner classes that are easy to follow and offer gentle guidance through each of the Yoga poses. We understand that starting something new can be intimidating, and no one wants to feel left behind.

We aim to make sure that all our students feel comfortable and confident with each of our guided steps.

How much do the classes cost

Classes are $80 for a full eight week program ($10 per class). Payments are due one week prior to the first lesson.

Do I need to commit to a full eight week program

Yes. In order to receive the full benefit of Hatha Yoga, regular attendance is encouraged. As a result classes have been structured into an eight week program to maximise the benefits of Hatha Yoga.

    What if I can't make a class

If you know ahead of time that you won't be able to make a class due to a prior commitment, you can arrange to skip that class at the time of booking.

If something comes up suddenly and you can not make a class, it may be possible to pick up the class in another time slot, but as classes are often full this may not always be available. We do try to be flexible but we can not offer a refund for non-attendence.

Payments by credit card can be made through PayPal, otherwise cash or direct deposit will also be accepted.
