Astrid offers semi-private classes (three people) from her Australian colonial stylised studio in Isabella Plains. Keep an eye out for our Sessions page for dates, times.
Classes are one hour and a half hours long (1.5 hrs).
It is reccommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing. Shorts or a track-suit bottom with a singlet is ideal. Preferably not jeans.
No, although you are welcome to bring your own if you have one already.
Classes are open to men and women of all ages.
There are two types of classes:
Brindabella Yoga specialises in beginner classes that are easy to follow and offer gentle guidance through each of the Yoga poses. We understand that starting something new can be intimidating, and no one wants to feel left behind.
We aim to make sure that all our students feel comfortable and confident with each of our guided steps.
Classes are $80 for a full eight week program ($10 per class). Payments are due one week prior to the first lesson.
Yes. In order to receive the full benefit of Hatha Yoga, regular attendance is encouraged. As a result classes have been structured into an eight week program to maximise the benefits of Hatha Yoga.
If you know ahead of time that you won't be able to make a class due to a prior commitment, you can arrange to skip that class at the time of booking.
If something comes up suddenly and you can not make a class, it may be possible to pick up the class in another time slot, but as classes are often full this may not always be available. We do try to be flexible but we can not offer a refund for non-attendence.
Payments by credit card can be made through PayPal, otherwise cash or direct deposit will also be accepted.
Classes fill up quickly so it is important that you express your interest as soon as possible (see our Contacts page for details).
Registration for our Semi-Private classes is not confirmed until payment has been received.
